Group fitness classes

The best teachers always seem to have a few things in common: they see you, they hear you, and they encourage you forward without forcing your steps. They are there for you, in whatever way you need.

Our classes

Yoga

Postures practised to align, strengthen and improve flexibility in the body, combined with breathing techniques and meditation.

Pilates

Strengthens your abdominal, lower back, pelvic floor, hip and glute muscles.

Barre

A hybrid workout that combines ballet-inspired moves with elements of Pilates, dance, yoga and strength training.

HIIT

High Intensity Interval Training. Gets your heart rate up and burns more fat in less time.

Legs, Bums & Tums

‘LBT’ is a full-body aerobic workout that tones focused areas. Great if you want to lose weight or improve your overall fitness.

LIIT

Low Intensity Interval Training. A safe and effective way to build muscle and burn fat over the long term.

Aerial Yoga

A hybrid style of yoga that combines traditional yoga poses, Pilates and dance, using a hammock.

Reformer Pilates

More intense and dynamic than a mat-based Pilates class, as a machine adds resistance to the exercises.

Personal Training

A personalised one-to-one experience with your trainer, developing your skills and focused on your specific needs.

The studio

What sets studio fitness apart?

Think of a typical leisure club: large, empty spaces with weights and machines spread around for members to help themselves. Our studio is much more intimate. We aren’t just selling access to equipment; we offer niche workouts and classes that are focused on you.

Studio fitness is an encounter: training in a small group, with everyone feeling a sense of accomplishment afterwards.

  • Highly trained instructors who are among the best in their field and tailor training to your needs.
  • Camaraderie and community. Together, we are stronger.
  • Focused training, so you can find your tribe and deepen your love of the practice.
